Martha Jackson

ESL Teacher at Canal Alliance

Martha Jackson has extensive experience in the field of children’s literature and education, holding various roles in prominent organizations. Since March 1998, Martha has been with Belvedere Tiburon Library in the children's department. Concurrently, since 2006, Martha has served as an ESL teacher at Canal Alliance. Previous roles include working as a children's book specialist and bookseller at Book Passage from 1998 to 2018, and as a Children's Book Buyer at A Clean Well Lighted Place for Books from 1990 to 1998. Martha holds a Bachelor's degree from UC Santa Cruz and a TESOL Certificate from UC Berkeley Extension obtained between 2010 and 2012.
