Jamie Hemming Afni

Jamie Hemming AFNI is an experienced marine operations professional currently serving in IMT Marine Operations at Canal Barge Company, Inc. since June 2023. Previously, Jamie held multiple positions at Fenland District Council from December 2002 to May 2023, including Head of Marine Service, Harbour Master & Head of Marine Services for Nene Ports, and Deputy Harbour Master. In addition, Jamie was the Lead Partner at SailtheWash from March 2018 to May 2023. Jamie's educational background includes an International Diploma for Harbour Masters from IBC Global Academy/Lloyd’s Maritime Academy and training at Del Norte Hydrographic.
