Antonio de Castro Orbea

Antonio de Castro Orbea currently serves as Coordinador Área de Telecomunicaciones at Canal de Isabel II since July 2024. Previously, Antonio held the role of Director Técnico at Canal de Comunicaciones Unidas from March 2005 to October 2021, overseeing the technical business units and managing the development and implementation of telecommunications and information systems projects. Additionally, Antonio served as Director de Telecomunicación y Sistemas de Información and held earlier positions including Responsable del área de Desarrollo Software and Ingeniero de Software, focusing on software system analysis and implementation. Antonio holds a Programa de Dirección de Big Data, Business Analytics & IA from IE Business School (2020-2021) and a degree in Ingeniero de Telecomunicación, Control de Procesos from Universidad de Sevilla (1995-2001).
