Francisco Javier Fernández Delgado

Francisco Javier Fernández Delgado has extensive experience in the fields of telecommunications, instrumentation, control, and automation. Currently serving as Subdirector de Telecontrol at Canal de Isabel II since November 2007, responsibilities include oversight of control center operations. Prior to this role, Francisco held various positions at Canal de Isabel II from 1992 to 2007, including Jefe de Departamento de Tecnología de la Información, where oversight included system administration, network operations, and security. Additionally, Francisco has experience as Ingeniero de Sistemas at ISDEFE and as a Junior Consultant at Andersen Consulting. Francisco earned a Licenciatura en Ciencias Matemáticas with a focus on operations research from Universidad Complutense de Madrid between 1984 and 1989.
