José Dario Luis Delgado

José Dario Luis Delgado is an experienced professional in the fields of instrumentation, telemetry, and industrial systems management. Currently serving as the Responsible for the Instrumentation and Telemetry Working Group at Canal de Isabel II since October 2021, José has held various management roles, including Industrial Systems Department Manager at Canal de Comunicaciones Unidas, where oversight was provided for a team of 31 engineers in the maintenance and automation sectors. Previous roles included Telecommunication Project Manager and Radio Network Planning Manager at Iberbanda, along with engineering internships that laid the groundwork for a robust technical foundation. José holds a Ph.D. in Automation and Robotics from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, along with a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar.
