Teresa Hernandez Guerra

Teresa Hernandez Guerra is an experienced professional with a robust background in public administration, legal advisory, and environmental policy. Currently serving as Subdirector de Coordinación at Canal de Isabel II since April 2021, Teresa has held significant roles including Member of the Board at Informa, representing the Ministry of Finance from January 2019 to April 2021, and various positions within the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration, focusing on fiscal and public contracting matters. Teresa's expertise also extends to a tenure with the European Commission as a Task Force Leader on environmental infringement procedures from April 2012 to April 2015. An accomplished academic, Teresa holds a Master's in Leadership and Public Management and has completed various advanced legal studies, including a Master's in EU Law and PhD courses on EU Law.
