Chief Enterprise Architect at Canal de Panamá

Ricky Fletcher has a diverse and extensive work experience. Currently, they are serving as a Partner and senior advisor at Fletcher Consulting Group. Prior to this, Ricky held various roles in different organizations. Ricky worked at Canal de Panamá as the Chief Enterprise Architect, where they led the team responsible for application strategy and design. Ricky also served as a Strategic Management Advisor, devising strategies to improve business practices and goals. Ricky briefly worked as an Interim Data Science Manager. Before Canal de Panamá, Ricky held the position of Enterprise Architect, focusing on building complex enterprise ecosystems and solving strategic issues. Ricky also served as the Infrastructure Projects Team Leader and Computer Specialist (Datacenter), where they worked as a database administrator with expertise in various technologies. Ricky's earlier experience includes working as a Manager and Senior Consultant at ITTRI and holding multiple roles, including CEO, Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer, COO, and Tech Support Manager at ROFCORP. Ricky started their career as a Student Assistant at the Panama Canal Authority. Currently, Ricky Fletcher's skills and knowledge are being utilized at Fletcher Consulting Group.

Ricky Fletcher's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from La Salle, completed between 1990 and 2002. In 2003, Ricky began studying at Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua, where they earned a degree in Electronics Engineering. Ricky continued at the same institution and obtained another degree in Industrial Engineering in 2007. From 2008 to 2010, Ricky studied at Universidad Católica Santa María la Antígua and obtained a degree in Electronics Engineering. In 2021, Ricky attended UC Berkeley Extension and completed a program in Digital Transformation. Ricky has also received certifications such as Software AG Certified ARIS Modeler Associate and Kaspersky Data Security Technician, as well as completing courses in digital transformation from LEAD UNIVERSITY and Emeritus.
