Sitarama Kumar Kusumanchi Venkatasai

Sitarama Kumar Kusumanchi Venkatasai, also known as Venkat, currently serves as the Head of Enterprise Apps, Data, Digital Transformation & Automation at Canal Insurance Company since June 2025. Prior to this role, Venkat was the Enterprise Data Strategy and Architecture Leader at Great American Insurance Group, where a comprehensive end-to-end data architecture was developed to enhance data management and customer experiences. Venkat's experience also includes serving as Vice President of Data Engineering and Director of Data Engineering at State Auto Insurance and CSAA Insurance Group, respectively, where significant advancements in data infrastructure and analytics capabilities were achieved. Venkat's career originated at Cognizant Technology Solutions as Associate Director -- Projects, complemented by experience in project management at Global Consultants Inc. and programming roles at SSIS IT Solutions & Workgroup Informatics. Educational qualifications include an Executive Leadership Development program from Stanford University and a Master's in Computer Application from Andhra University.
