Cath T. currently serves as Inclusion & Diversity Manager at Canal & River Trust since June 2022. Previously, from January 2021 to June 2022, Cath held the position of Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Sustrans, focusing on fostering an inclusive environment within the charity. Cath's extensive career at the Environment Agency spanned from February 1996 to January 2021, where multiple roles included EU & International Strategy Manager, Exec Champion for Diversity & Inclusion, and Senior Champion of the LGBT+ Network. Notable achievements include developing a pioneering trans, non-binary, and intersex policy and leading EDI initiatives across the organization. Cath holds an MSc in Hydrogeology from the University of East Anglia and a BSc in Geology from the University of Leeds.
