Catrina Chappell

Catrina Chappell is a Data Analyst and Boat Licence Processor at Canal & River Trust since August 2019. Prior to this role, they served as a Service Assistant at Leeds City Council from February 2019 to August 2019, where they provided excellent customer service at Leeds City Museum cafes. With previous experience as a Team Leader at JD Wetherspoon from November 2014 to 2018, they supervised teams during peak trade and in challenging situations, trained, coached, and motivated staff to build a strong team. Additionally, they worked as a Bar Associate, excelling in hospitality. Catrina Chappell pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of Leeds from 2016 to 2019. Recently, they completed a program at The Coders Guild in early 2022.
