Graham Ramsden

Principal Project Manager - External Programme Delivery at Canal & River Trust

Graham Ramsden has over 33 years of work experience, starting in 1988. Graham has held various roles in different companies, including planning assistant and planning officer at Kirklees Council from 1988 to 1995. Graham then worked as a regeneration officer at Batley City Challenge from 1995 to 1998. Following that, they served as a project manager at Huddersfield Challenge SRB from 1998 to 2003. Ramsden joined British Waterways in 2003, where they worked as a regional planner until 2007, and then as a regeneration manager until 2012. Since 2012, they have been employed by Canal & River Trust, first as a senior project manager in project delivery and currently as a principal project manager in external program delivery.

Graham Ramsden has a diverse education history. Graham holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Geography from the University of Birmingham. Graham also pursued a Master of Arts degree in Town & Regional Planning from Leeds Beckett University. Prior to their university education, Graham attended Honley High School in Holmfirth, West Yorkshire.
