Stephen Durand

Stephen Durand is an experienced executive in technology and corporate systems, currently serving as EVP Technology – CRM, Finance & Corporate Systems at CANAL+ Group since March 2015. In this role, Stephen leads the global transformation of Canal+’s business IT across various territories, focusing on scalability and business alignment. Key initiatives include designing a custom-built ERP/CRM platform that spans the entire value chain. Previously, as Director of Projects & Quality, Stephen managed a team responsible for IT governance and strategic project delivery. Prior experience includes a tenure at Accenture, where Stephen was involved in CRM transformation for Canal+ and managed significant transformation programs in the media sector. Stephen holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from Institut Mines-Télécom Business School.
