Shuna Lin has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. shuna began their career as a Software Engineer Internship at Wind资讯 in 2008. In 2013, they became a Technical Consultant Internship at Vision Technology. In 2015, they joined Canalyst as a System Analyst, where they analyzed and documented requirements, performed UAT for the Scheduling Tool used for migration, planned and coordinated testing for 750+ applications with business and technical teams, and assessed and documented existing business processes. In 2021, they were promoted to Production Data Management Project Leader at Canalyst, where they led analysis and design efforts, evaluated project requirements, reviewed and approved project deliverables, created and tracked delivery plans, provided delivery timelines, identified and communicated dependencies, managed, documented and escalated project risks and issues related to delivery, clarified details and negotiated delivery dates. shuna also analyzed and reviewed Easy Ware archiving tool, created training plans, materials and conducted training sessions, and provided business and functional requirements.

Shuna Lin attended Zhejiang University from 2004 to 2008 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. shuna then attended The University of British Columbia from 2010 to 2013 and earned a Master's degree in Computer Science.
