Barbara Wagner has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Barbara began their career in 1992 at Canandaigua National Bank as a Float Teller before progressing through various roles such as Administrative Assistant, Technical Training Specialist, and Call Center Manager. In 2003, Barbara became the Vice President Banking Operations Manager and held that position until 2013. Barbara then joined Northway Bank as the First Vice President of Operations, where they focused on improving efficiency and customer service. In 2014, Barbara returned to Canandaigua National Bank, initially as the Vice President of Facilities and later as the Senior Vice President and Director of Operations. In these roles, they oversaw facility management, process improvement projects, and supported banking operations teams. Barbara has demonstrated their ability to effectively manage and enhance operations throughout their career.
Barbara Wagner completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Economics at Binghamton University from 1988 to 1992. Barbara pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from St. John Fisher University, attending from 1993 to 1997.
