Sharmila Philip Duncan

Sharmila Philip Duncan has extensive work experience in logistics and operations management. Sharmila is currently the Logistics Director - Operations Strategy at CANarchy Craft Brewery Collective since February 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Cigar City Brewing, LLC starting in 2015, holding various roles including Finance & Operations Manager, Accounting Manager, and Director of Logistics. Sharmila also served as the General Manager at Cigar City Cider & Mead from October 2014 to June 2015. Sharmila has experience in brewery operations and tasting room management as the Brewery Operations & Tasting Room Manager at Florida Avenue Ales - Cold Storage Craft Brewery from 2012 to 2014. Sharmila also worked as a Logistics Consultant & Coach at David K. Schneider & Company, LLC from February 2010 to May 2012. In addition, they have held leadership positions at OttLite Technology, including Director of Global Operations from November 2008 to August 2009, Director of Operations from October 2002 to November 2008, and Operations Manager from May 2000 to September 2002. Sharmila began their career at Cott Beverages as a Logistics Coordinator from December 1997 to February 1999. Sharmila Philip Duncan began their education journey in 1992 at the University of West Florida, where they pursued undergraduate studies. Sharmila dedicated herself to their academic pursuits until 1995. In that year, Sharmila transferred to Auburn University and graduated in 1997. At Auburn, they focused on International Business, with a minor in Logistics and Spanish, culminating in the completion of their Bachelor of Science degree.
