Maria Freeman is an experienced project manager currently employed at Canary Marketing since July 2021, where Maria has progressed from project coordinator to senior project coordinator. Prior roles include content writer at Mindful Media PR and arts & entertainment staff writer for the Daily Trojan, where Maria produced stories under tight deadlines and conducted interviews. As an editorial intern at the Los Angeles Business Journal, Maria researched and wrote articles for various platforms. Maria's experience as a multimedia journalist at USC Annenberg Media involved writing, editing, and publishing across multiple formats. Additionally, Maria served as assistant head coach at Larkey Private Swim Club, overseeing a large team of young athletes. Maria Freeman holds a Master’s degree in Public Relations & Advertising from USC Annenberg School and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Southern California.
