Bri Kapellas has extensive work experience in customer support, consumer relations, university relations, customer communications, business English consulting, account executive, and web business coordination. Bri began their career as a Retail Marketing Intern at Astralwerks in 2004. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as a Web Business Coordinator at Brooklyn Industries. Bri then worked as an Account Coordinator at Text 100 from 2008 to 2009. In 2009, they became an Account Executive for the Energy Sector at Business News Americas, where they were responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients. In 2011, they worked as a Customer Support Project Manager (Contractor) at TrueCar, Inc. and as an English Language Consultant at Learning For Your Business (Antalis). From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a University Relations Engagement Manager at AfterCollege, Inc. and is currently working as a Customer Support Lead at Canary Technologies since 2021.
Bri Kapellas attended Hunter College from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Anthropology.
