Jordan Sterling

Jordan Sterling is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in technology management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Canary Technologies since June 2024, Jordan oversees the growth and maintenance of critical products. Prior to this role, Jordan was the Chief Technology Officer at Factor from February 2022 to June 2024 and held various positions at Twilio Inc. from November 2014 to November 2021, including Engineering Manager for globally distributed messaging and IoT teams. Jordan's earlier experience includes significant roles at Quartzy, Inc. and Box, where contributions spanned software development and quality assurance. Jordan began the professional journey with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara, earned in 2010.
