Matt Jeffery

Matt Jeffery began their professional career in 2010 as a Co-Founder and Director of the Development Team at MAPTmedia Inc. where they were responsible for software direction and translating business requirements into technical objectives. Matt also analyzed and integrated new tools, products and software. In 2011, Jeffery began working as a Full Stack Systems Consultant, freelancing and managing client relationships, as well as developing and implementing web-based solutions for corporate clients. That same year, they also consulted with the Canadian Bar Association (CBA) technical and managerial team for implementation strategies on a new mobile platform of their current CBA members software application. In 2010, Jeffery was contracted to develop a fully interactive 3D wayfinding touchscreen application for Simon Fraser University (SFU). In 2016, they began working as a Senior Application Analyst at TheMuse.com and in 2019, they became a Senior Software Systems Analyst at Canary Technologies, working on AWS, Docker, etc.

Matt Jeffery attended Simon Fraser University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Interactive Arts.
