Mike Kalma has a comprehensive work experience spanning over a decade. Mike began their career in 2006 as an intern at Warner Music Group's Cordless Recordings. Mike also worked as a Customer Service Lead at Stein Mart before returning to Warner Music Group as an intern at Cordless Recordings once again. In 2008, they served as an intern at MCT Management.

In 2007, Mike joined Borders as a Cafe Manager and Loss Prevention Team Leader, a role they held until 2011. During this period, they also joined Apple as a Family Room Specialist, specializing in iOS analysis. Mike worked at Apple until 2015, after which they joined Smartfrog&Canary. At Smartfrog&Canary, they started as a Customer Experience Specialist before progressing to the role of Information Technology Support Engineer Lead. Currently, Mike holds the position of Information Technology Manager at Smartfrog&Canary.

Mike Kalma attended Archbishop Molloy from 2000 to 2004 where they earned their High School Diploma. After that, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Media Studies at Queens College from 2004 to 2008.
