Thiago Domingues

Thiago Domingues has worked in various positions throughout their career. In 2014, they were a Software Developer at Big Data University. In 2015, they joined Voxar Labs as a Researcher and stayed there until 2018. In 2017, they had a summer internship at CESAR - Instituto de Inovação, where they worked on a data science proof of concept project. Since 2018, Thiago has been working as a Researcher at CORE - CAGD AND OPTIMIZATION RESEARCH. Recently, in 2022, they became the Head of Information Technology at Canaway Academy.

Thiago Domingues' education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Centro de Informática UFPE, completed from 2010 to 2019. Thiago also participated in a Science Without Borders Exchange Program at the University of Toronto in 2014, focusing on Electrical and Computer Engineering. Currently, Thiago is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Computer Science at Centro de Informática UFPE, which they started in 2020 and is expected to complete in 2023. In terms of certifications, Thiago has obtained the Duolingo French Fluency: Beginner and Duolingo English Fluency: Advanced (estimated) certifications from Duolingo, as well as an IELTS certification with an overall score of 8.0/9.0 from Cambridge Assessment English, obtained in March 2013.
