Emily Santos

Emily Santos has over 15 years of diverse experience in customer service and administrative roles. Currently serving as Reception Manager at Canbat Batteries since August 2012, Emily is responsible for external representation and internal office support. Prior to this, Emily worked as a Customer Service Coordinator at Ryder System, Inc., focusing on customer relationship management and issue resolution. Earlier experiences include Front Office Administrator at Red Eagle Mining Corporation, managing communications and scheduling, and Assistant Store Manager at Nike, overseeing various store functions. Emily holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University, completed in 2013.
