Will Martindale

Will Martindale is a seasoned professional in sustainability and finance, currently serving as the co-founder and managing director of Canbury since September 2023. Previously, Martindale held significant roles at Cardano and NOW: Pensions as co-head and head of sustainability, respectively, from December 2020 to September 2023. Martindale's extensive experience in the field includes a tenure as director of policy and research at Principles for Responsible Investment from December 2013 to December 2020, and as a financial sector policy adviser at Oxfam from October 2012 to December 2013. Prior to these positions, Martindale worked at BNP Paribas and J.P. Morgan in credit trading roles, starting as an associate and later serving as a business manager. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Political Economy from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from King's College London.
