Rod Emerson

Rod Emerson has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Rod began their career in 1993 as a Bank Officer at First Security Bank, where they worked until 1996. After that, they served as a Healthcare Administrator at Medical Management Inc. from 1996 to 2001.

In 2001, Rod joined Columbia Surgical Specialists of Spokane as the Chief Executive Officer. In this position, they were responsible for overseeing the operations of a multi-specialty surgical group, including an Ambulatory Surgery Center and five clinic locations. Rod'srole involved strategic planning, goal-setting, service line growth, and team development. Rod provided executive guidance to the CFO, COO, Ambulatory Surgery Center Manager, and seven Department Leads. Rod held this position for over 20 years, until 2022.

Currently, Rod Emerson is serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Cancer Care Northwest, a position they assumed in 2022.

Rod Emerson has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Northwest Nazarene University. Rod also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management, also from Northwest Nazarene University. However, no specific start or end years for these degrees are provided.
