Jayne Uthmeyer has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Currently, they serve as the Head of Digital Development at Cancer Council Australia. Prior to this, Jayne worked as a Product Manager-Websites at the Department of Education & Training, Victoria from 2020 to 2021. Jayne also worked at Australian Red Cross, where they held the positions of Senior Digital Producer from 2017 to 2019 and Digital Media Producer from 2011 to 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Web Developer, Online Marketing Manager at the South Pacific Tourism Organisation from 2010 to 2011. Jayne has also worked for Austraining International as an AYAD and served as the Production Manager & Webmaster at Motorsport News from 2006 to 2010. Jayne was a Sessional Lecturer at Swinburne University of Technology from 2005 to 2010, and earlier in their career, they worked as a Production Manager at XYZ Studio and as a self-employed Multimedia Designer.
Jayne Uthmeyer completed their education in a variety of fields. Jayne obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Information Systems from Deakin University in 2020-2021. Prior to this, they pursued a Multimedia (Design) degree at Swinburne University of Technology from 2003 to 2005, focusing on Animation, Video Editing, Web Development, Interface Design, and Sound Production. Jayne also completed a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment at Fortress Learning in 2014. In 2003-2004, they pursued an Advanced Diploma of Multimedia at Swinburne University of Technology. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate IV in Multimedia and a Certificate IV in Electronic Publishing from Box Hill Institute in 2002. To further their skills in interactive multimedia, they completed a Cert II in Arts (Interactive Multimedia) at Box Hill Institute in 2001.
