Kate Whittaker

Kate Whittaker has a diverse background in cancer-related roles. Kate currently serves as the Subject Coordinator for the Cancer in Society unit in the Master of Cancer Sciences program at the University of Melbourne. In 2014, they were the Manager of Cancer Care Policy at Cancer Council Australia. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Coordinator for the Clinical Oncology Society of Australia from 2012 to 2014. Their earlier experience includes a role as a Research Governance Officer at The Cancer Council NSW from 2011 to 2012.

Kate Whittaker completed their education in the field of public health. In 2013, they attended The University of Newcastle and obtained a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Health degree in Health Promotion, Policy and Research from Macquarie University, which they completed between 2008 and 2011.
