Adeline Hough

Adeline Hough has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in the field of human resources and organizational development. Adeline has held positions such as Head of People and Culture at Cancer Council Queensland, Board Member at Tenpin Bowling Australia, and Group Executive, People and Culture at Qscan Group. Adeline has also served as General Manager, People Services at Bolton Clarke and Executive General Manager, People and Culture at MS Queensland. Prior to these roles, they worked as Director, People and Culture at eHealth Queensland, Director, Organizational Capability at Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service, and Principal HR Consultant at the Department of Transport and Main Roads. Adeline also has experience as a Manager, Organizational Culture at the Department of the Premier and Cabinet and as a Workforce Learning Leader at TAFE Tasmania. Throughout their career, Adeline has demonstrated their ability to drive organizational culture, develop people strategies, and lead end-to-end HR and WHS services.

Adeline Hough has a diverse education history spanning different institutions and fields of study. From 1997 to 2001, they attended The University of Queensland and obtained a Bachelor of Social Work degree. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the same university. Later, in 2004 to 2007, they pursued a Master of Education (MEd) specializing in Leadership and Management from QUT (Queensland University of Technology). In 2007, they further enhanced their skills by completing a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from TasTAFE. Adeline also pursued a Diploma of Project Management from TAFE Queensland in 2011. Adeline has additional certifications, including a Certificate III in Children's Services from TAFE Tasmania in 2007 and attended a Change Mastery for Transformation program at the Harvard T.H.
