Carol Birrell

Carol Birrell is an experienced manager in the social services sector, currently serving as the Manager of Counselling Services at Cancer Council Queensland since May 2024. Previously, Carol held managerial positions at St Vincent de Paul Qld and Anglicare Southern Queensland, where a significant focus was on leadership and management of homelessness services for women and families. Additionally, Carol has expertise in auditing for not-for-profit organizations and was a finalist for Manager of the Year by the Australian Institute of Management in Queensland in 2010.
