Andrew Nikolaidis serves as the Acting Division Head of People, Leadership and Teams and Head of Learning, Innovation & Organisational Development at Cancer Council Victoria since February 2019, following previous leadership roles in learning and development at Ashurst and Taronga Conservation Society Australia. With extensive experience in learning and development, capability frameworks, team leadership, and strategic talent management, Andrew has successfully managed multimillion-dollar budgets, established partnerships, and led significant training programs across various sectors, including not-for-profit and government. Academic qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Monash University, an MBA, and several other certifications in business administration, human resources, and project management from Griffith University and AMSA, underscoring a strong foundation in organizational development and human resource management.
