Ashar Wasi

Ashar Wasi has over 11 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Ashar began their career in 2008 as a Project Manager for Epic's integrated Electronic Medical Record (EMR). In this role, they specialized in designing radiology and cardiology systems, developing departmental and executive relationships, coaching project teams through change management, and guiding large healthcare organizations through successful implementations. In 2020, Wasi joined Cancer IQ as the Director of Integrated Products and an Integrated Product Specialist. In this role, they work to make it faster and less expensive for physicians to identify high-risk patients and navigate them towards services that can pre-empt or prevent cancer. Ashar is responsible for the product suite which contains predictive analytics and screening tools, clinical guidance with proven outcomes, a digital genetic test ordering platform, and patient management and education tools.

Ashar Wasi obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biomedical/Medical Engineering and Economics from Northwestern University between 2004 and 2008.
