Software Developer, Reporting at Cancer Research And Biostatistics (CRAB)

Katherine Snapinn is an experienced software developer and project manager with a strong background in cancer research and biostatistics. Currently employed at Cancer Research And Biostatistics since September 2017, Katherine leads the development of reporting tools for clinical trials and manages multiple projects that support a large research network. Prior experience includes serving as a systems analyst/programmer at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, where Katherine directed projects supporting significant HIV-prevention clinical trials and collaborated with various stakeholders to streamline data processing. Earlier, as a research consultant at the University of Washington, Katherine designed and maintained research databases while mentoring graduate assistants. Katherine holds a Master’s Degree in Genetic Epidemiology from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Penn State University.
