Joy Shih is a Business Development Manager at Cancer Research Horizons, where Joy establishes commercial partnerships with industries by identifying and evaluating academically-derived biotechnology. Prior to this, Joy worked as a Senior Scientist at PhoreMost Ltd, managing communications and executing deliveries of lentiviral libraries. Joy has a strong background in medical sciences, holding a PhD in Cardiovascular and Respiratory Disease from the University of Cambridge. Additionally, Joy was a finalist at STEM for Britain and participated in the Young Entrepreneurs Scheme.
