Shafiul Islam is a seasoned professional in business intelligence and data analytics with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Senior BI Engineer at Cancer Research UK since October 2017, Shafiul has a strong background in data visualization, analytics, and database management, utilizing tools like Dundas BI and SQL Server. Prior to this, Shafiul worked as an IT Production Developer at Carma, where adeptness in Agile methodologies and a team management role was demonstrated, facilitating the migration to a new BI platform. Previous experiences also include positions as an Executive Headhunter at ChapmanBlack and a Marketing Consultant at Gateway Marketing, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems & Business Management from the University of Westminster.
