Ben Fischer-Valuck

Ben Fischer-Valuck has a background in radiation oncology and has held various positions throughout their career. Ben started their work experience as a Radiation Oncologist Resident at Washington University in St. Louis from May 2014 to August 2018. Ben then joined Emory University School of Medicine as a Radiation Oncologist from August 2018 to August 2022. In 2022, they worked as a Radiation Oncologist at Swedish Medical Center. In 2023, they joined cancerGO as the Vice President of Market Operations. Currently, they are working at Springfield Clinic as a Radiation Oncologist - Partner starting from June 2021.

Ben Fischer-Valuck has an extensive education history. Ben started in 2003 at Tulane University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and completed it in 2007. In the following year, they continued their education at Tulane University and obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering in 2008.

In 2009, Ben joined Louisiana State University, where they completed their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in 2013. Afterward, they attended the University of Colorado School of Medicine for an Internship in the Internal Medicine Residency Program from 2013 to 2014.

Subsequently, they pursued a Residency in the Radiation Oncology Residency Program at Washington University in St. Louis, starting in 2014 and continuing until 2018. During this time, they also served as a Chief Resident in the Radiation Oncology department at Washington University in St. Louis from 2017 to 2018.

Additionally, Ben Fischer-Valuck obtained a certification in SpaceOAR Center of Excellence from Boston Scientific in March 2023.
