Thomas Katz is a seasoned professional in business enablement and IT service management with a robust background in project management, process design, and operational excellence. Currently serving as a Business Enablement Manager at CANCOM since January 2024, Katz previously held roles as a Senior Consultant at SAMA PARTNERS Business Solutions GmbH, where responsibilities included project and release management in Power Solutions and the establishment of a Security Operations Center based on ISO 27001 standards. Prior to that, positions at ACP IT Solutions AG, IDS GmbH, and several other companies showcased expertise in managed services, process documentation, incident management, and team leadership in technical environments. Katz holds a Diplom in General Mechanical Engineering from Hochschule Mannheim and has been integral to various projects and process improvements throughout a career spanning over three decades in the IT and engineering sectors.
