Vores mål er at bidrage til udviklingen af både små og store virksomheder ved at hjælpe erhvervslivet med at ansætte studerendes og samtidig bringe studerende tættere på arbejdsmarkedet. 

Vi nedbryder barrierer og forhindringer i forhold til ansættelse af studerende og gør det nemt for virksomheder at få arbejdsopgaverne løst ved at tilknytte en studerende til virksomheden gennem vores unikke forretningsmodel.
Forretningsmodellen indebærer blandt andet, at vi møder alle studerende til en samtale og herigennem sikrer både kompetence- og kemigaranti. 

Sideløbende med at du har en studerende tilknyttet i din virksomhed, sørger vi for udvikling af den enkelte studerende gennem vores Business Academy. Business akademiet består af erhvervsforberedende workshops, udviklingssamtaler, sparring mellem studerende, real life problem solving og sociale arrangementer. 

Vores forretningsmodel det nemt for virksomheder at finde og fastholde den rette medarbejder, som sikrer et solidt fundament for at få opgaverne løst.

Through close collaboration and continuous development initiatives, the Partner Relations team plays a vital role in matching the right student talent with business needs, fostering mutual growth and success.

Partner Relations

The Talent Management Team at Cand is responsible for identifying, attracting, and vetting student candidates to match with various companies. They ensure each placement is ideal both in terms of skills and cultural fit through comprehensive interviews and assessments. Additionally, the team manages relationships with businesses to simplify hiring processes, facilitates the integration of students into the workplace, and oversees student development through the Business Academy. This ensures a seamless connection between academia and industry, benefiting both employers and students.
