David Ramsay

David Ramsay is an experienced professional in workforce planning and operations management, currently serving as the Workforce Planning & Optimisation Lead at C&C Group since July 2016. In this role, David has successfully led a time and attendance workstream for an HR transformation project, collaborating with stakeholders to address needs and challenges. Prior to this, David held positions such as Depot Manager at Tennent Caledonian Breweries, where a new distribution center was established during a network restructuring, and Operations Manager at Matthew Clark Wholesale, managing a distribution network serving the UK's largest drinks wholesalers.
