Chris Martell

Chris Martell is an independent investor focused on the life sciences industry. Previously, Chris was a Partner at PBM Capital. Prior to joining PBM Capital, Chris had an 18-year career at J.P. Morgan where he was a managing director in the Healthcare Investment Banking and Mergers and Acquisitions groups. He led the execution of a wide range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs and corporate separations, initial public offerings and equity and debt financings for Medical Device, Life Science Tool and Diagnostic, Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology companies. Chris graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in Ethics, Politics and Economics.
