Erin Ward

Erin Ward is a Quality Engineer I at Candela Medical, with previous experience as a Quality Assurance Intern at Hologic, Inc., where responsibilities included assessing global processes and developing process maps. In addition, Erin worked as a Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op at ZOLL Medical Corporation, leading inventory assessments for new products and collaborating with cross-functional teams to complete various documentation and design tasks. Erin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, expected to be completed in December 2026.
