Michal Dafna

Michal Dafna is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources Lead at Candela Medical since 2017, Michal has previously held positions as HR Specialist and Admin Manager within the same company. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Specialist at Carestream Health Ltd. from November 2000 to 2017, and as Admin Manager and Personal Assistant to the CEO at InterSpark from February 1999 to November 2000. Earlier roles include working on salaries and customer orders at Puff Pastry from 1997 to 1999, and as Personal Assistant to the Founder and CEO at Linial DDB from 1994 to 1997. Michal holds a degree from The Open University of Israel.
