Wyler Gins

Wyler Gins, MBA, currently serves as Solutions Architect III at Candela Medical since July 2025. Prior experience includes roles at NeoGenomics Laboratories, where Gins was Platform Manager, leading the integration of a new Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) with legacy systems, and earlier positions such as Data Strategy Consultant, Data Integration Analyst, and Business Systems Analyst, focusing on data strategy, test automation, and end-to-end business systems initiatives. Gins has also held the position of Director of Sales at Florida Fishing Products, achieving significant revenue growth through strategic marketing and sales initiatives. Wyler Gins began a career as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual, recognized as a Top 100 Sales Intern nationwide in 2015. Education includes an MBA in Data Analytics and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance with a Marketing Minor, both from Florida Gulf Coast University.
