Jim's extensive background includes significant contributions to federal, state, and local affairs at NextLight Renewable Power, LLC, and Southern California Edison, where Jim focused on legislative policy and regulatory compliance related to renewable energy. Jim also has a solid legal foundation, having served as a Partner at Graham & James, along with litigation roles at various law firms.
