Caroline Patay

Caroline Patay has a wide range of work experience, beginning in 2007 with Michaël Berglund Executive Search, where they worked as an Executive Search Consultant. In 2011, they worked as a Tango Dancer in Buenos Aires, and also began working as an HR Business Developer at Lernia AB. In 2012, they moved to Unilever, where they worked as Talent Acquisition Lead Nordic. From 2015 to 2020, they worked at Caroline Patay AB as a Consultant in Talent Acquisition and HR. Most recently, they have been working as the Chief Human Resources Officer and HR Manager at Candela | Electric Hydrofoil Boats.

Caroline Patay attended Linköping University from 2000 to 2006, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Engineering and Management.
