Nike Sporrong

Nike Sporrong has worked in various roles in the recruitment and people operations field since 2013. In 2021, Nike began working as a People Operations Specialist at Candela | Electric Hydrofoil Boats, where they work in a consultative role with all core HR processes and recruitment. In 2020, they began working as a Talent Acquisition Partner & Team Lead at Cambio Group, where they are responsible for the recruitment function and leading two recruiters. From 2015 to 2020, Nike worked at Academic Work in various roles, including Staffing and Recruitment Assistant Manager, Tech Recruiter & Consultant Manager, Network Relations and Instajobs, and Staffing Service Assistant. Prior to that, in 2013, Nike worked as a Sales Associate at MANGO.

Nike Sporrong attended Värmdö Gymnasium from 2011 to 2014, where they studied Business and Marketing. They then attended University of New Haven in 2014-2015, studying Psychology. Finally, they attended Stockholm University from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Additionally, Nike Sporrong obtained a certification in "Att leda sig själv och andra" from EnneagramCenter in October 2017, and a certification in "Diplomerad Gymnasieekonom" from Certifierat i Sverige in June 2014.
