Sanna Rosell

Sanna Rosell has a wealth of experience in talent acquisition and employer branding. Sanna began their career in 2006 as a Legal Assistant at White & Case LLP. In 2010, they moved to Stance as a Lawyer. In 2011, they joined Human Search as a Consultant, Recruiter & Coach. In 2013, they were hired by Connecta AB as an Employer Branding & Recruitment Manager. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Acando as a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager. In 2021, they joined HiQ as a Talent Branding & Talent Acquisition, and also founded Talentmill AB. Currently, they are a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Candela | Electric Hydrofoil Boats.

Sanna Rosell completed their Master of Laws (LLM) in Law from Stockholm University between 2004 and 2010. Sanna also attended University of Groningen in 2007, studying Law. In 2003 and 2004, they attended Stockholm University, studying Företagsekonomi (Economics). From 2011 to 2012, they attended Kristianstad University studying Psychology. In 2011, they also attended Coach2Coach AB, obtaining a Certifierad Coaching Practitioner in Coaching/Psykologi. Additionally, they are a Certified user of Cut-e's talent measurements and psychometric assessments from the cut-e Group.
