Sara Pan

Sara Pan possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and technical support, primarily with Candelis, Inc. since 2011. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance Team Lead, Sara is responsible for creating test plans, validating and performing manual testing, coordinating projects, and supervising the QA team. Previous roles include QA Engineer and Technical Support Engineer, where Sara engaged in troubleshooting, bug reporting, and system training. With a solid background as a System Analyst at Master System Inc. and a Buyer at Meritek Electronics Corp., Sara's educational credentials include a Master of Science in Information Systems from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from National Chung Cheng University.
