Shawna Christie

Shawna Christie has extensive experience in supporting individuals with disabilities, currently serving as a Daily Administrator and Service Coordinator at Candeo Iowa since November 2015. Prior to this role, Shawna worked at Sesdac from January 2010 to November 2015, initially as a Direct Support Professional and later as a Home Manager-Lead Direct Support Professional, where skills in positive approaches were emphasized. Shawna holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Northern Iowa and completed an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Kirkwood Community College. Additionally, Shawna pursued education at the University of South Dakota.
