Sunil Sheemar

Sunil Sheemar has extensive experience in security management and life safety programs, currently serving as the Operations Manager at Hudson Pacific Properties since June 2019, overseeing the Security, Fire, and Life Safety program for Bentall Centre in downtown Vancouver. In this role, Sunil is responsible for developing safety plans, managing security systems, and implementing health and safety training for occupants. Prior to this, Sunil held the position of Manager for Security, Fire, and Life Safety at CANDEREL and Ivanhoé Cambridge, focusing on budget management, contract management for guard services, and emergency training programs. Sunil's career began at Paladin Security Group Ltd, where responsibilities included transforming security policies and leading a team of over 30 security officers. Sunil holds a Bachelor's of Science in IT with a focus on Computer Software Engineering from Punjab Technical University and a Diploma in Pharmacy from the University of Rajasthan.
