Sameer Chavan is a seasoned Product Design leader currently serving as the Executive Director of Design and India UX Site Head at Candescent, and Head of Product Design at Agilysys. With a rich history that includes leadership roles at prominent companies such as Flipkart, Byju’s, Oracle, and Intel, Sameer has shaped user experience across various domains, including e-commerce, education, and technology. Sameer’s expertise encompasses UX strategy, industrial design, and digital experience, emphasizing customer delight and innovative design solutions. They earned a Master’s degree in Industrial and Product Design from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
