Chia Lian

Chia Lian is a seasoned professional in account management and customer success, currently serving as a Key Account Manager at Candex since July 2024. Previously, Chia held the position of Customer Success Manager for Strategic Accounts at DistillerSR from February 2021 to July 2024, where responsibilities included nurturing relationships with over 60 enterprise accounts and optimizing customer success processes. Prior experience includes serving as Customer Service Manager at GaN Systems Inc. from April 2014 to February 2021, leading efforts to secure multi-million dollar contracts and develop KPI dashboard systems for global sales operations. Chia also has background in operations management and investment promotion from roles at GaN Systems and the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai, where significant funding achievements were accomplished. Chia's educational foundation includes an Honors Bachelor of International Business from Carleton University, along with studies in International Business at Shanghai International Studies University and Fudan University.
